Tumon Stories was part of the City Stories network, and the inspiration for Fray Day Guam 2001. A blogging content management system called Movable Type was installed to handle the journal format of the page. The page featured stories from regular authors as well as an open area for readers to share stories about Tumon. Also featured was an Tumon event calendar and a gallery of scenes from the village. The picture banner across the top is a randomly generated image featuring work from local photographers.
